If you use an Android phone to access our videos please do so using Firefox or Chrome. You cannot currently play popup videos through Internet Explorer (in common with Vimeo in general). Once you start playing a video, you can 'speed up' the playback by pressing the forward arrow (and go backwards using the back arrow).
Logging in:
- If you have purchased a course and know your username and password: please fill in the login details you registered on the main site when you bought your course. On first access you will be presented with your user profile screen. Please scroll down and complete all compulsory fields (fields with a red star), using 0 if they do not apply to you.
Note: you have two accounts: one for our eCommerce site, and one for this study site. Initial registration creates a user id for both sites. You can change your password and/or email address on either site independently. If you do your details will be different on each site, unless you change these details on both sites. You can do this deliberately to give access to the main site to your training manager, but have your own email and password on the study site. So: - If you have purchased a course but have forgotten your password: please use this forgotten password link to change your study site password and please use this forgotten password link to change your main eCommerce site password.
- If you attempted to access a course on which you are not enrolled, or you have yet to buy any course: then you will need to buy this course via our main eCommerce site.
